The CITB HS&E Test price of £48 includes CITB's own test fee plus our booking/processing service. CPCS and NPORS are a separate card scheme from CSCS, even though both are common on UK construction sites. Every category on this page upgrades an existing Red "Trained Operator" card to a Blue "Competent Operator" card within the CPCS or NPORS scheme — it does not lead to, or count toward, any CSCS card.
